As a ACSM certified fitness professional, Racquel has eleven years of multi-dimensional experience in fitness management, customized fitness programs, basic nutrition recommendation, menu planning and vitamin supplementation. She is a staunch advocate of mind-body conditioning, and uses this technique to deliver innovative and creative work-outs that are fun and transform her clients’ motivation. Her passion and commitment to results help deliver high energy workouts that incorporate core, balance, strength, functional and cardio conditioning.
Racquel’s commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques helps her clients achieve their long-term goals. Her clients are challenged by the new workouts she creates for each session. ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
